Pam Gaudet

Having gotten her start in the credit industry with furniture financing, Senior Loan Officer Pam Gaudet was offered a job with a mortgage company in 1977 and immediately fell in love with the business. She worked for three years before taking a hiatus to raise her children. She returned to home lending in 1989 and has worked in several facets of the industry. She started out as a processor, became an assistant branch manager and then an underwriter before becoming a Loan Officer. Pam likes seeing the smiles on her clients’ faces when she helps them move into their dream homes, and she enjoys making her customers' homes more affordable through the refinancing process. Her past experience includes FHA, VA and Conventional Underwriting, and she belongs to the Women’s council of Realtors. She prides herself on her availability to her clients and on her dedication to closing her clients’ loans as efficiently as possible and at competitive rates. She is reliable and patient, and she works well with her customers to help them understand the process of buying a home. Born in New Orleans, Pam has lived in Louisiana for her entire life. She currently lives in Metairie, and her spare time is mostly spent relaxing by her pool with her family, grandchildren and friends.
